    **On 12/27/2023, every reservation will be charged a 1st night NON-REFUNDABLE room deposit. So the last day to cancel the reservation without penalty is 12/26/2023! After that date all cancellations will forfeit the 1st night deposit. After 12/27 all reservations that are made will be charged a 1st night deposit immediately and that will also be NON-REFUNDABLE.  This is NEW THIS YEAR!
