Updated Forms Available On Line Now
Please use all the new and updated forms available on-line to enter or apply for all of our chapter events. Chapter Secretary Alicia Baer is sending out a new package of all the forms you will need for the entire year this month. (August) Please make sure all the forms you use have "Revised July 2006" on the bottom of the form and the chapter logo on the top. If not, they are not the correct form! If you have any questions, please call Alicia Baer or Jennifer Erickson about any of the forms available. Our numbers are available in the Chapter Member Address Book.
